It replicates the experience of walking through gallery rooms and has been undesigned to focus all attention on the art works - there's no 'header', no ‘footer’, no large menu, no links to other websites - just an unobtrusive menu above high-resolution, high-quality photographs of your art works, all beautifully organised in an art gallery entirely dedicated to your work.

Your Artist-Homepage will offer, in addition to a page or two offering information about yourself and your work, a multiple-room gallery both easy-to-maintain for you and easy-to-navigate for your visitors. You will have full control over your Artist-Homepage through a set of very easy forms.

• The art works are always presented as large as possible without the need for scrollbars, even after resizing the window.



• You can decide upon mount (size and colour), frame (style, size and colour), and background / wall colour. You can determine these settings per room, collection or individual art works.



• Art collections can be shown as a thumbnail gallery and/or a slideshow.



• The rooms may contain several collections, which are all easy to navigate using an inconspicuous, collapsible menu at the very top of the screen (the visitor may choose to temporarily hide this) and a set of small 'Previous' and 'Next' arrows.



• Photograph optimisation services are available through Artist-Homepage.com (additional fees apply). Photographs can sometimes be discoloured, skewed, or blurred, and therefore need some work before adding them to your gallery. You merely need to upload the photographs and we will optimise them while communicating with you (since only you know the original art works) until they’re entirely to your satisfaction.



• The photographs are preloaded as much as possible to reduce the time a visitor will have to wait for them to appear in full on the screen. For example, while you're reading this very page, all the thumbnail images of the 'Previous Work' room of MilburnFoster.com were quickly preloaded without you realising it, which is why they appear so rapidly when you click on the image above.
